The mission of the Dana Gallery’s Our Town exhibition is, in this time of national divisiveness, to not only show the physical nature of your community but, if possible, raise the awareness of the togetherness and sense of community still present in many of our cities, towns and neighborhoods.

Art work may be representational or metaphorical, and includes painting, photography, sculpture, ceramics and video.  We encourage you to express the unity of your community in either traditional or contemporary form.

If interested, please email us or and ask for an application.  The jury will consist of a University of Montana Art Professor, an art curator, a working artist, a major art collector, and the publisher of a major art journal focusing on the Western Region.

There will be category and “Best of Show” awards, including at least one monetary reward for “Best of Show”.   This will also give you an opportunity to exhibit in the Dana Gallery who, in addition to the above-mentioned exhibitions, has recently been chosen as one of the top 25 galleries in the US and the best gallery in Montana by American Art Awards, as written up in the Huffington Post.

Deadline for Submission of Artwork:  March 1st
