Ken Roth is an Oregon-based landscape painter. His paintings are filled with beautiful color and the subtle play of light on nature, the landscape and the figure. Roth prefers to work directly from his subject and enjoys the challenge and spontaneity of working from life. Roth was awarded “Best Emerging Artist” by Art and Antiquities at the Carmel Festival of Art in May, 2002. He was selected as an “Artist to Watch” in Southwest Art magazine in January, 2002. |
