Over 25 years as a full time sculptor have honed Joe Halko’s ability to create well-designed yet anatomically correct portrayals of the birds and animals he sculpts. His keen eye for portraying an animal’s gesture and personality in sculpture is a talent appreciated by those who collect and admire his work. He has spent his lifetime loving the outdoors and developing these skills. He lives in Choteau MT where he has easy access to the wilderness and wildlife preserves that serve as his inspiration. Joe’s work can be seen at galleries in Jackson WY, Vail CO, Sante Fe NM, Whitefish and Bigfork MT, and Park City UT. |
